Message from Chairperson Scientific Committee, AIOS

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the 84th Annual Conference of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOC 2026), scheduled to be held from 13th to 15th March 2026 at the Novotel Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre, Jaipur.

AIOC 2026 promises to be a landmark academic event, thoughtfully designed to foster learning, innovation, collaboration, and professional growth across all levels of ophthalmic practice. The scientific program reflects the collective efforts of a dedicated faculty and committee, aiming to deliver a truly enriching experience.

This year’s conference features an impressive academic spectrum, including several Instruction Courses and Young Master Courses. Further, there are 68 International Speakers from various countries including USA, UK, Japan, Argentina, Mexico, Canada, France. There are 17 International Societies including EUCORNEA, Japan Contact Lens Association, Canadian Ophthalmological Society, PANCORNEA, MEOM etc.

Overall there are 1800 + Podium presenters. The conference highlights include 7 Subspecialty Days, National Symposia, When the Tough Gets Going, PG Capsules and Eye Shala for postgraduates, Leadership Development, Science and Fun, Ophthalmic Premier League Program, Wet Labs, Student of the Year, Think Under the Apple Tree, Training the Teachers, Competitive and Award Sessions, AIOC Theatre, Video Sessions, Teachers of Tomorrow, A Surgical Medical Trick, OOPS in Surgery – What’s Your Next Move, and One Point @ a Time.

Set against the vibrant cultural backdrop of Jaipur, AIOC 2026 aims to provide not only cutting-edge scientific deliberations but also opportunities for meaningful networking and camaraderie among peers from India and across the globe.

I would like to thank Dr Partha Biswas ( President AIOS ), Dr. J. S. Titiyal (President Elect), Dr. Mohan Rajan (Vice President), Dr Santosh G Honavar (Hony. General Secretary), Dr. Manoj Chandra Mathur (Hony. Treasurer), Dr. Prashant Keshao Bawankule (Chairman ARC), Dr. M. Also The local Organizing Committee under the able leadership of Chairman Dr Virendra Agarwal, Addl. Chairman Dr Sandeep Vijay, dynamic Organising secretary Dr Mukesh Sharma, Treasurer Dr Ghulam Ali and member Dr Harshul Tak, promises to be an academic and social extravaganza.
