The local Organising Committee led by the dynamic Chairman Dr Virendra Agarwal, Addl. Chairman Dr Sandeep Vijay, enthusiastic Organising secretary Dr Mukesh Sharma, Treasurer Dr Ghulam Ali and member Dr Harshul Tak, promises to be an academic and social extravaganza.

The National organising committee under the leadership of our president Dr Partha Biswas and stewardship of Secretary Dr Santosh Honavar, held multiple meetings and supervised all arrangements with minute focus on logistics and delegate comfort.

This four-day event is being organised at Jaipur Exhibition Convention Centre – Hotel Novotel in the PINK CITY, Jaipur. The scientific committee led by its dynamic Chairperson Dr Namrata Sharma has designed a sumptuous scientific fare.

A sincere shout out to trade for pitching in to showcase their products as always. The entire earmarked trade area is lapped up for Trade Exhibition. We have done our bit by appointing experienced and reliable vendors for Event management, fabrication, Audiovisual and also expect a culinary treat from the world-famous Rajasthani cuisine
