Message from Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan

It gives me immense pleasure to extend my heartfelt greetings to the distinguished delegates, eminent ophthalmologists, researchers, and healthcare professionals attending the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS) Annual Conference 2026, being held in Jaipur from March 12th to 15th, 2026, at Hotel Novotel JECC.

Rajasthan is honoured to host this prestigious national event that brings together some of the finest minds in the field of ophthalmology. The AIOS Annual Conference plays a pivotal role in advancing eye care, sharing best practices, and promoting innovations that enhance the vision and quality of life of millions of people across the country.

Healthcare has always been a priority for the Government of Rajasthan, and we recognize the crucial role that the ophthalmological community plays in combating visual impairment and promoting eye health, especially in underserved and rural areas. I am confident that the deliberations at this conference will lead to new insights, collaborative solutions, and impactful initiatives in the fight against avoidable blindness.

I welcome all participants to Jaipur, the Pink City—renowned for its cultural richness, heritage architecture, and warm hospitality. I hope your stay here is academically rewarding and culturally enriching.

I congratulate the organisers of AIOS 2026 for their efforts in bringing this esteemed conference to Rajasthan and wish the event great success.

With best wishes,

Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma
Hon’ble Chief Minister
Government of Rajasthan
